Servo Motors
Bench-tested with Wittenstein gearboxes attached. Video-documented back-EMF, insulation resistance, and brake function checks on every unit we test.
1PH7Spindle Motors
Same testing standard as our servo line — tested, documented, and sold with the same 60-day warranty.
DrivesDrives & Panel Parts
SINAMICS CU/PM drive components, ET200 I/O racks, contactors, breakers, and control relays — honestly graded, priced below distributor rates. You'll also see other trusted industrial brands mixed in (Allen-Bradley, Emerson, Square D, and similar) — all pulled from the same clearances and held to the same honesty standard, so don't be surprised to see a name besides Siemens.
How We Test
Servos and spindles only. Everything else sold as-is, untested.
Servo & Spindle Motor Testing
Megger insulation test: 500V resistance U/V/W to frame. Pass >100MΩ.
Winding resistance balance: U-V, V-W, U-W within 3% of each other.
Back-EMF: Drill-spin at rated speed, measure balanced three-phase sinusoidal output.
Brake function: 24V DC release & lock. Shaft spins free, locks solid when power off.
Mechanical: Hand-spin check. Smooth bearings, no grinding, no shaft play.
Encoder verification requires matched drive. Not tested.
Test Videos
Not tested: Drives, power supplies, and panel-level components are sold as pulled from equipment, untested. Includes all SINAMICS drives, Emerson/SolaHD power supplies, contactors, breakers, and miscellaneous PLC hardware.
